HBM provides specialized consulting services to restaurateurs, organizes events, produces a podcast, and is currently seeking funding for several documentary productions focused on the hospitality sector.

The debut documentary, [un]hospitable, will be directed by Colleen Silk. This feature documentary aims to uncover the silent struggles that women face in hospitality, addressing issues such as periods, pregnancy, perimenopause, and more.
Founded by Colleen Silk, HBM draws on her extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Colleen’s background includes roles in operations, management, brand strategy, and consulting, along with her current work as a creative writer and producer tailored to the needs of the hospitality sector.
