Since 2022, I have independently hosted and produced over twenty episodes of Hospitality Bites, with seven more in production, creating a global following. Some guests have included Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs, critically acclaimed restaurateurs, culinary literary and media professionals, and international hospitality mental health advocates.
With nearly twenty years of hospitality experience, I have blended my knack for storytelling and customer engagement to create a platform where industry professionals feel comfortable sharing their personal and professional journeys in a conversational setting. I am often praised for my ability to bring people out of their comfort zone and what they have typically experienced in usual interview or podcast settings.
Leaning into these skills, my work as a US Ambassador for The Burnt Chef Project and the ever-evolving landscape of the hospitality industry, Beyond The Burn Out, was created.
Beyond the Burn Out aims to bring the stories of hospitality professionals to your screens in an intimate conversational setting over a local meal here on the Eastern Shore of the Maryland and Delaware Beaches. On average, 4 out of 5 hospitality professionals acknowledge they have suffered some mental health or significant struggle while navigating the industry, and many feel like it went unnoticed, much like a slow burn. The goal is to remove the cloche and share their "war stories" of hospitality, successes and failures, learning experiences, and where they are now after the smoke has cleared—humanizing the industry.
Your support and contributions will enable HBM to meet our goals and fund our mission of producing a show dedicated to destigmatizing taboo conversations with seasoned hospitality professionals.

With a strong creative and collaborative process dedicated to creating exceptional content and storytelling through their unique perspective.
I have been an active Team USA Ambassador for The Burnt Chef Project since July 2023. We are a global group of hospitality professionals working to destigmatize mental health in the industry and provide tangible resources.
3.5% of all sponsorships will be donated to The Burnt Chef Project. This will enable me and my fellow North American Ambassadors to attend conferences, conduct school education, and provide in-person training to restaurants and hospitality groups throughout North America.
The show has already been pitched to Bonnie Bruderer, the CEO of BINGE, an independent licensing and distributing company.
Once the series is greenlit for production and we send the pilot, we will sign an annual distribution agreement for representation for licensing to deals to 150+ Tier One platforms (Netflix, Tubi, Pluto, Amazon, Hulu, etc.) as well as syndication on top streaming subscribers on television platforms like Apple TV, ROKU, Google Play, Amazon Fire, and a dedicated branded channel on the BINGE network.
Giving your brand visibility to millions of viewers.
A portion of production costs will be dedicated to properly marketing Beyond the Burn Out digitally through social media, networking events, merchandise, and hospitality-based conferences.

Listening to podcasts like this, listening to open dialogue should reassure you that that isn't your lot in life and that you can change that.
"What a refreshing way of having a conversation that's bent on the idea of service with people. Your whole bend is that 'I come from that. Let's talk about that.' It's actually really nice to be able to do that." http://thegrilldads.com" rel="noopener" target="_blank">Ryan Fey, Partner of The Grill Dads
